The intention and desire for creating "Living Your Integrity" is to help assist souls who are ready to create their "Heaven on Earth" and to form new self-loving habits for living in the new world. To let go of any and all old ways and habits that are no longer needed to reside on this new planet Earth. As Mother Earth is shifting and ascending, we as humans must be able to keep up with her. At times it can be a bit challenging as we continue on our own spiritual evolutionary process. The only way to do this is to stay in our hearts and BE in the vibration of love.
