To let go of any and all old ways and habits that are no longer needed to reside on this evolving planet Earth. As Mother Earth is shifting and ascending, we as humans must be able to keep up with her. At times it can be a bit challenging as we continue on our own spiritual evolutionary journey. The only way to do this is to stay in our hearts and BE in the vibration of unconditional love.
