Regina awakened to the consciousness of her evolutionary shift in 2001. Inspired by many life changing events, a clear understanding that she is creating all of her life experiences and a powerful realization that her only real purpose on Planet Earth is to remember her natural state of being by living exclusively from her heart in the frequency of unconditional self love.

With careers spanning from being an entrepreneur in the salon and fitness industry, to learning self expression in the arts and acting, to teaching and counseling teen and adult students, "Living Your Integrity" was birthed. Regina has always had a very natural and innate ability for helping others along their path in a unique and compassionate way. Incorporating her chanting,Yoga, Reiki Mastery and Spiritual Intuitive Healing makes Regina's workshops a unique experience; fully empowering ALL (teens, business professionals, actors, musicians, sales reps, public speakers and presenters, etc.) to have confidence and stand in their true power centered within.

Regina currently lives in Florida  teaching and coaching actors and many other beautiful artists to express themselves authentically. She also teaches Yoga and meditation classes. Regina enjoys playing her harmonium, yoga, exercising, laughing, spending time in nature, friends, family, having fun and BEING.
